Shipping policy

We ship all large and heavy items by pallet and is subject to a shipping charge. Each order will be pending until shipping charges and services required are approved. We are not responsible for any delay in transit times. Any orders refused on delivery will be subject to the original shipping charges and any return charges. Any damage noticed on delivery must be marked on shipping paperwork with the driver, otherwise we are not responsible.
